Description
Fluke 709H Precision Loop Calibrator
The Fluke 709H mA loop calibrator is designed to save time and produce high-quality results. These calibrators are built around a user friendly interface with a Quick-Set rotary encoder knob. This tool reduces the time it takes to measure, or source, current and power up a loop. The protective holster easily fits into a technician’s hand and the large backlit display is easy to read, even in dark, cramped worked areas.
HART Communications
The 709H adds HART communicationsand supports a select set ofthe HART universal and commonpractice commands. This makesthe 709H unique as both anaffordable, compact loop calibratorand powerful HART communicationtroubleshooting tool.
In the communicator modethe user will be able to readbasic device information, performdiagnostic tests, and trim the mAoutput on most HART enabledtransmitters. In the past, this couldonly be done with a dedicatedcommunicator, a high-end multifunctioncalibrator, or a laptopcomputer with HART modem.Fluke 709H will allow virtuallyany technician to service and supportHART devices.
Saving time, getting answers
In addition, the 709H offers:
Logging of HART data in thefield. Once recorded by the709H in the field, the 709H/TRACK software can uploadthe HART configuration of upto (20) HART devices in yourplant and output data in either(.csv) or (.txt) format.
Data logged mA loop measurementsand HART data canbe recorded from a particulartransmitter for troubleshootingand loop tuning. The data logfeature offers selectable capturewith recording intervalsof 1 to 60 seconds and a loggingcapacity of 9800 recordsor 99 individual sessions. Each data sample contains the709H mA measurement, allfour process variables, and thestandard status conditions.
