This LiFePO4 battery is designed to be powerful and compact to suit various deep cycle applications, such as electric wheelchairs and scooters. The SLI12-24 is a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery offering more power and less weight compared to it’s sealed lead-acid counterparts. LiFePO4 batteries also provide 10x longer life than SLA batteries, making the technology the best choice for deep cycle applications that will drain the batteries or operate in extreme weather conditions. 24V lithium batteries are engineered to offer more energy for high consumption than traditional 24V lead-acid batteries. Some SLA batteries, such as the flooded type, need to be maintained. However, lithium Iron Phosphate is 100% maintenance-free and is very safe to operate, even in non-ventilated battery boxes. This 24V 18Ah lithium battery is very popular for electric wheelchair applications, and it is commonly referred to as a 24V electric wheelchair lithium battery._x000D_
